The principle
Design is the thoughts, the decisions and the attitude behind a product. Design is the result of many considerations and not least a craft that makes content tangible. Design is a conscious examination of problems, situations and the things that still need to be created.
The process
We are constantly balancing between intuition and intellect, fact and feeling and to keep the balance we follow this process:
01 Briefing

Project specific questionnaire – Before we develop a design solution, we first get to the bottom of some questions. Why are we doing this? What do we want to achieve? Who do we want to reach?
02 Brand Workshop

Purpose – Why is the brand in the world? How does the brand achieve its goals? What is the concrete result and its specific benefit?
Brand Vision – Why is the brand in the world? How does the brand achieve its goals? What is the concrete result and its specific benefit?
Mission Statement – The mission statement summarizes the concrete added value that customers experience when they use the brand's services.
Brand Values – Look at the character of your brand from three different perspectives and brainstorm which one word best describes your brand.
Brand Personality – Pairs of opposing characteristics. How can the brand personality be captured?
Target Groups – To get closer to the most important target groups, it helps to create buyer personas.
Positioning in Competition – Positioning takes place in differentiation from the competition.
03 Brand Story

The theoretical foundation translates into a concise and compelling brand story with clear messages that serve as our guide and from which ideas for naming and visual identity can emerge.
